Our Free-Range Turkey Breast wrapped with Smoked Streaky Bacon is perfect for those who prefer the white meat of the bird. This boneless cut is a favourite for those who want just the rich and succulent breast of the turkey and the flavour of the smoked streaky bacon.

All our turkeys are free range and reared on my farm, using traditional farming methods. The turkeys are grown slowly for maximum flavour.

We recommend placing your order for your Christmas Turkey as early as possible to avoid missing out.

If you are looking for a simple, hassle-free meal that still delivers big on flavour then our Free-Range Turkey Breast is a great choice.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven. Cover loosely with foil and place the foil container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. After 1 hour 30 mins remove the foil cover and baste the turkey with the juices, return to the oven without covering for the last 20 minutes of cooking.

Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear when the deepest part of the breast is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes and retest. Due to the bacon lattice, the meat may have a light pink colour directly underneath the bacon however the meat is safe to eat. Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days.
