Christmas FAQs


  • What are your Christmas delivery days / collection days and timings?

We will be delivering as usual between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please make sure you are at the delivery address during these hours to accept delivery. On the day of your delivery, you can check the Just William Facebook Page & or on the Just William Instagram Story. for an accurate delivery time window.

If you would like one of our drivers to leave the delivery in a safe place, please note that this will be your responsibility and Just William will not be held accountable for the package.

Christmas delivery dates are the following dates: Tuesday 21st December, Wednesday 22nd December, Thursday 23rd December. Or collection from the farm is available on Friday 24th December. Please choose from one of these dates at the checkout page.

  • What postcode districts do you deliver too?

We delivery to the following postcode districts

SG1, SG2, SG3, SG4, SG5, SG6, SG7, SG8, SG9, SG10, SG11, SG12, SG13, SG14,

  • What are your Christmas delivery fees?

Our delivery fees during December and the Christmas period will run as usual. For the free delivery service, it’s a minimum spend of £29.00. Anything under £29.00, we charge £4.95 for delivery.

  • What is your Christmas cancellation policy?

To protect our own farm reared beef, lamb and turkey (making sure it doesn’t go to waste) as well as the other pork and poultry farmers who supply meat to Just William. Any orders cancelled after the 7th December will not be eligible for a refund.

Order cancellations for delivery or collection must be submitted in writing via email directly to

No other form of cancellation will be accepted.

The cancellation is only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from Just William.

  • Can I add products to my order?

Of course! If the products you would like to add to your order exceed the value of £29.00, please just place a second order using the online store and we will delivery both orders together, with your firstly chosen delivery or collection date.

Our sales team will be available by email or by phone to assist with order amendments, however we ask that customers try to submit one order where possible, instead of emailing multiply times with additions. This is to protect our sales team who will be working hard to ensure the seamless execution of all Christmas orders.

If you wish to add items to your order, please email and request items to be added. You will then receive an additional invoice via email which will need to be paid for the amended order to be processed.

  • Can I make special requests for items that do not appear on your website?

All products available during the Christmas period will be shown on our website. Anything not shown will not be available. During to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we will have limited stock of certain products, so please bear with us as we navigate the Christmas period.
