We no longer accepting Christmas Orders!

What are your Christmas delivery days / collection days and timings?
We will be delivering as usual between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please make sure you are at the delivery address during these hours to accept delivery. On the day of your delivery, you can check the Just William Facebook Page & or on the Just William Instagram Story. for an accurate delivery time window.
If you would like one of our drivers to leave the delivery in a safe place, please note that this will be your responsibility and Just William will not be held accountable for the package.
Christmas delivery dates are the following dates: Thursday 21st December, Friday 22nd December, Saturday 23rd December. Or collection from the farm is available on Sunday 24th December. Please choose from one of these dates at the checkout page.

We delivery to the following postcode districts

What are your Christmas delivery fees?
Our delivery fees during December and the Christmas period will run as usual. For the free delivery service, it’s a minimum spend of £35.00.

Are all your products available for Christmas delivery?
Sadly, not all the products on the Just William online store are available for Christmas home delivery or Christmas collection from High Trees Farm.
The following products are not available for Christmas delivery or collection;
- Chicken Ginger Lemon & Chilli Kebabs, Thai Chicken Stir-fry Strips, Chicken Breasts, Lemon Chicken, Chicken Thighs, Jamaican Jerk Chicken Thighs, Korean Salt & Pepper Chicken Thighs, Garlic & Herb Chicken Breasts & Peri Peri Chicken Breasts.
- Chimichurri Rump Steak, Boneless Shin of Beef, Flat Beef Brisket, Beef Feather Blade Steak, Beef Sausages, Beef Meatballs & Short Rib Steak Burgers.
- Pork Chops & Lamb Breast
If you accidently order these items for Christmas delivery or collection, you will be contacted via email or phone call and refunded the items.

Can we order for delivery or collection on Saturday 16th December?
With the run up to Christmas and the preparation needed, will not delivering or offering collections from High Trees Farm on Saturday 16th December.

What is your Christmas cancellation policy?
To protect our own farm reared beef, lamb and turkey (making sure it doesn’t go to waste) as well as the other pork and poultry farmers who supply meat to Just William. Any orders cancelled after the 4th December will not be eligible for a refund.
Order cancellations for delivery or collection must be submitted in writing via email directly to info@justwilliambutcher.com
No other form of cancellation will be accepted.
The cancellation is only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from Just William.
