Dry cured smoked bacon. Perfect for breakfast. There are typically around 4-6 rashers per 250g packet, depending on the size of the bacon.

How To Cook

Add the bacon to a cold cast iron pan. Place on a medium heat and allow the pan to heat up and the fat to gently render.

For very crispy bacon add the bacon to a baking tray and place into a fan assisted preheated oven set to 190C and cook for approximately 7-10 minutes.

About Our Outdoor Bred Pork

All of our pork, including sausages & bacon comes from British outdoor-bred pigs that we buy in, we always try and buy locally sourced pork in from Essex. They all live outdoors, free to roam in large paddocks with access to straw-bedded arcs or tents. The pigs enjoy large swathes of land broken down into smaller pens, giving the deep rooted pasture the ability to regenerate as the pigs move around the farm.
