Chicken Breast Fillets


Our lean, chicken breasts are a great way to get creative in the kitchen. Say goodbye to dry chicken as these are anything but! A versatile cut, our chicken breasts can be cooked in many different ways. Keep it simple by butterflying and popping it on a griddle pan, or wrap it in pancetta and stuff with cheese for something a little more naughty.

How To Cook

Pre heat the frying pan over a medium to low heat. Season the chicken with salt just prior to cooking. Place the chicken breasts into the pan & sear both sides, then add 50ml chicken stock or water & a knob of butter to the pan then transfer to a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 to 20 minutes, until fully cooked through with a core temperature of 65 °C before resting.
