Product Description: Our rolled sirloin roast is a delicious and succulent joint which will serve as a special centrepiece for your Sunday roast. Cut from the loin, this joint is tender and a delight to carve.
Portion: Allow 0.200g per person.
Cooking Instructions: Place the beef fat side up onto a roasting tray. Preheat your oven to 210 °C. Place the sirloin joint in the centre of the oven and roast for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 °C. Continue roasting for 12-15 minutes per 500g reaching a core temperature of 52°C before resting for a medium rare joint.
