How To Cook

Preheat oven. Place chicken thighs on a the foil tray on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of oven until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 30 – 35 mins, Oven: 190, Fan: 170, Gas: Gas Mark 5). Or alternatively, cook over the BBQ heat, turning regularly until well charred & thoroughly cooked.
