Made with cuts of beef short ribs and steak cuts for incredible flavour and juiciness. Not your average burger. Each burger weighs 140g and is cut to 4 inches thick.
Cooking Instructions:
Pre heat your frying pan and add a drop of oil. Cooking over a high heat, turning the patties on both sides, then reduce the heat to medium to finish cooking. Cook 5 to 6 minutes either side until thoroughly cooked.
