Local Delivery - We only deliver to some postcodes within Hertfordshire & Essex. To see if you are eligible for local delivery, please input your postcode at checkout or see list below this paragraph. If your postcode is not valid at checkout, we sadly don’t deliver to your postcode district, please select Click & Collect if your happy to collect from; Just William Butchers, High Trees Farm, Beggarmans Lane, Ware, SG11 1HB.

All our local deliveries are transported in our own branded Just William Butchers refrigerated vans. The drivers are all experienced delivery drivers who work to very high standards. They work to strict regulations to make sure your meat delivery / order arrives with you safely and carefully. There is a space for special delivery instructions during the checkout process and these will be conformed to. If no notes are left in the special delivery instructions, and in the event that nobody is available to take delivery of your order at your delivery address, we will leave your meat delivery / order by your doorstep. Leaving your order by your door step or you asking us to leave your goods unattended at a secure place, Just William Butchers expressly disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.
At Just William Butchers, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Our delivery times are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the designated delivery day. While we do our best to deliver within this time frame, please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather conditions.
Packaging for Delivery - You may rest assured we have taken great care to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. Most of your meat will be vacuum packed in a food-safe polythene pouch before being carefully placed in one of our fully recyclable cardboard Just William Butchers boxes or bags. For local deliveries as soon as your order is completed it goes in the fridge and is only removed when the driver places it in one of our refrigerated Just William Butchers vans and delivers it direct to your door.
All collections are kept in our walk-in fridge in our bespoke butchery unit at the farm, ready to be collected in person.

Order & Collect - Order & Collect or collections are available from our Farm at Just William Butchers, High Trees Farm, Beggarmans Lane, Ware, SG11 1HB.
Our opening time for collections are 9.30 am - 11.30 am. Please note we have a minimum order value of £10.00.
Orders can be collected at any time during our opening hours. Please make sure you have your order number to hand and the name under which the order was made.
Goods not collected on the collection date will be disposed of, and the order deemed complete. No refunds can be made for uncollected orders.
Our main delivery and Order & Collect day is Saturday, with a cut-off time of 11pm on Thursday for Saturday orders, subject to available delivery slots.
Acceptable Weight Variation - Given the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in weight may occur. While we strive to meet the exact weight specified in your order, a tolerance of up to 10% above or below the nominal weight is acceptable, in accordance with the Weights and Measures (Packaged Goods) Regulations 2006. No additional charges or refunds will be processed for items within this weight variance.
Unfulfilled Orders - Because of the seasonal nature of some of our produce and food supply chain issues, it is possible that from time to time, we may be unable to fulfil some orders. If this is the case, we will refund the missing items straight away and upon request.
Guarantee of Satisfaction - If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the produce received, you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt. All complaints will be dealt with personally and immediately by a member of our team and we will always endeavour to correct any mistake. Your statutory rights are not affected. We regret we are not able to accept returned goods or claims for goods ordered in error, due to their perishable nature.
Cancellation - We regret that due to the very short timescale involved in processing fresh meat orders, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed unless specifically agreed by ourselves. If the order has been dispatched, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel or amend your order.
Vouchers & Promotional codes - Promotional codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving equivalent to the discount advertised at the time.
Just William Butchers reserves the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotional code is invalid for the order being placed. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Some offers are not valid on sale items or other discounted products. Promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
1st time shopper codes are not valid against sale items or other marked down products. Codes are only applicable for new customers and our regular promotional terms and conditions still apply. If we think there is or has been misuse of a code, we reserve the right to cancel the promotional code. Just William Butchers reserves the right to cancel or amend the first time shopper offer at any time. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively. Codes are limited to one use per household.

Any multi-buy offer such as 3 for 2 or 5 for 4, will always deduct the cheapest item from the basket. Your order must contain all products and the basket will automatically deduct the cost for the cheapest item. Only valid on products marked as part of the promotion. Other promotional codes or offers will not be valid against multi-buy offer orders.
Gift Vouchers: gift vouchers are unique and single use only and will be received via email. Codes can be redeemed on any product. There is no cash alternative.
For multiple shop codes, specific Ts & Cs will be outlined where advertised - i.e. 1st and 2nd shop promotional codes. Our regular promotional terms and conditions still apply. If we think there is or has been misuse of a code, we reserve the right to cancel the promotional code.
Just William Butchers reserves the right to exclude certain items from promotions such as meat boxes or already discounted items.
Data Protection - All personal data we collect from you will be used exclusively for the purposes of our relationship, to help us offer improved or new services to you and may be stored on computer. Your details will be held securely, in confidence, and never disclosed to any third party without your express permission.
