Beef Mince

Our Beef Mince is perfect for making spaghetti bolognaise.

1. Finely dice an onion and cook it in butter over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until transparent.
2. Add the beef mince to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add a tin of plum tomatoes, a clove of garlic, a few sprigs of fresh thyme, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
4. Simmer for 15 minutes, then serve with pasta.
