Our Steak Burgers are crafted from aged chuck & short ribs, delivering an incredibly juicy and flavourful bite. Perfect for grilling or pan-searing, they bring steakhouse-quality flavour to your burger night. Each burger weighs 140g is cut to 4 inches thick.

How To Cook

1. Heat a cast-iron pan over medium heat.
2. Add a little ghee or beef dripping to the pan.
3. Place the burgers in the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping regularly, until just cooked through.
4. Let the burgers rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

For BBQ: Cook the burgers on each side for around 3-4 minutes away from direct flame.

About Our Beef

We source our grass fed beef from small local farms, including our own, then traditionally butcher and dry age in our bespoke ageing facilities in house. All of our beef is raised to the highest standards on a grass fed diet & comes from traditional native breeds cattle such as Hereford & Angus.
