French Trimmed Rack Of Lamb

Eight or four bone rack cut from the best end of lamb. It is a delicate cut which looks spectacular and tastes delicious. Best served pink for a very impressive meal!

How To Cook

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F (180°C fan).
2. Season the rack of lamb with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Optionally, add garlic and herbs like rosemary or thyme.
3. Heat a pan over high heat and sear the lamb for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
4. Transfer to a roasting tray and cook in the oven for:
- 15-20 minutes for medium-rare
- 20-25 minutes for medium
5. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Note: Adjust cooking times based on the size of the rack and your preferred doneness.

About Our Lamb

We proudly source our grass-fed lamb from small local farms, including our own and those of our neighboring farmers. Each lamb is carefully butchered and aged using traditional methods in our bespoke butchery unit, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
