How To Cook

1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add a little oil if needed, then add the minced lamb. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices or herbs (e.g., cumin, paprika, or mint).
4. To the pan, add a tin of chopped tomatoes, a clove of garlic (minced), a few sprigs of fresh thyme, and a splash of miso or soy sauce.
5. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened and the flavours have melded together.
6. Serve with buttery mash potato.

Note: Ensure the lamb is fully cooked and no pink remains before serving.

About Our Lamb

We proudly source our grass-fed lamb from small local farms, including our own and those of our neighboring farmers. Each lamb is carefully butchered and aged using traditional methods in our bespoke butchery unit, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
