How To Cook

1. Preheat a pan or grill to medium-high heat.
2. Lightly coat the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Sear the lamb rump steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
4. Allow the rumps to rest for 5 minutes before serving, letting the flavours and juices settle.

About Our Lamb

We proudly source our grass-fed lamb from small local farms, including our own and those of our neighboring farmers. Each lamb is carefully butchered and aged using traditional methods in our bespoke butchery unit, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
