How To Cook

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
2. Season the leg of lamb with salt, pepper, and olive oil. For extra flavour, rub with garlic, rosemary, or thyme if desired.
3. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb on all sides for 4-5 minutes until browned.
4. Transfer the lamb to a roasting tray. Roast in the oven for:
- 20 minutes per 500g for medium-rare
- 25 minutes per 500g for medium
5. Remove from the oven and let the lamb rest for 15-20 minutes before carving to allow the juices to settle.

Note: Adjust cooking times based on the size of the leg and your preferred level of doneness.

We deliver across most of Hertfordshire and parts of Essex using our refrigerated van, ensuring your order arrives fresh.

  • Free delivery on orders over £40 (£5 charge for orders under £40)
  • Deliveries take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

We proudly source our grass-fed lamb from small local farms, including our own and those of our neighboring farmers. Each lamb is carefully butchered and aged using traditional methods in our bespoke butchery unit, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
