Beef Meatballs

Beef (95%), Water, Rusk (contains Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Wheat Flour, Dried Onion, Sugar.

Note: Contains wheat flour, which is an allergen.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or gas mark 4.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil.
3. Place the meatballs in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides.
4. Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until fully cooked.
5. Check the centre of a meatball to ensure it's no longer pink.

Cooking Note: For extra flavour, you can add herbs or spices of your choice to the meatball mixture before cooking. If using a meat thermometer, the internal temperature should reach 75°C.
