How To Cook

1. Preheat a cast-iron pan until very hot.
2. Place the steak in the center of the pan without adding any oil.
3. Cook the steak for 3 minutes on one side.
4. Flip the steak and cook for 3.5 minutes on the other side, until juices appear.
5. Turn the steak over again and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Optionally, baste with herbs and butter during the last 2 minutes.
6. Rest the steak uncovered for at least 10 minutes before serving.

About Our Beef

We source our grass fed beef from small local farms, including our own, then traditionally butcher and dry age in our bespoke ageing facilities in house. All of our beef is raised to the highest standards on a grass fed diet & comes from traditional native breeds cattle such as Hereford & Angus.
