Outdoor Bred Pork
All of our pork is sourced from British outdoor-bred pigs, primarily from local farms in Essex.

How is my meat packaged?
You may rest assured we have taken great care to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. Most of your meat will be vacuum packed in a food-safe polythene pouch before being carefully placed in one of our fully recyclable cardboard Just William Butchers boxes or bags.
Can I freeze the meat?
Yes, all our meat is fresh and is suitable for freezing. We recommend freezing them as soon as possible to maintain quality.
