How To Cook

1. Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 180°C.
2. Generously season the meat with high-quality sea salt and cracked black pepper. Place it in a roasting tin on a trivet of carrots, celery, and onions.
3. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes per 500g of meat.
4. Remove from the oven and let it rest uncovered for 20 minutes before carving.

About Our Beef

We source our grass fed beef from small local farms, including our own, then traditionally butcher and dry age in our bespoke ageing facilities in house. All of our beef is raised to the highest standards on a grass fed diet & comes from traditional native breeds cattle such as Hereford & Angus.
