Turkey Serving Size

3kg Turkey Crown:
- Serves approximately **6 to 8 people**. Ideal for a smaller gathering or if you're offering generous portions with fewer sides.

4kg Turkey Crown:
- Serves approximately **8 to 10 people**. This is suitable for a medium-sized gathering or if you're planning to have more leftovers or smaller portions with plenty of sides.

Keep in mind that these estimates can vary based on portion preferences and how many other dishes are being served.

How To Cook

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas Mark 6).
2. Prepare the Roasting Dish: Place the turkey crown in a large roasting dish. Add butter under the skin to keep it juicy and generously season the entire bird.
3. Start Roasting: Roast the turkey crown at 200°C for 30 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 160°C and continue cooking for 30 minutes per kilo.
4. Check for Doneness: Insert a skewer into the thickest part of the crown. The juices should run clear, not pink, if the turkey is fully cooked.
5. Rest the Turkey: Allow the crown to rest for 30-40 minutes at room temperature to keep the juices in the meat. Collect any juices for your gravy.
6. Make Gravy: Use the roasting tin to create a rich gravy by adding turkey stock and a splash of wine. Stir well to release the flavours left behind from the roasting.

Cooking Note: For the most accurate results, use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Please note that we only deliver to these specific postcodes. The minimum order value for delivery is £40.00, and there is no delivery fee.

Our Christmas Delivery Dates are: Saturday 21st December, Sunday 22nd December & Monday 23rd December. 

Christmas Click & Collect:

Enjoy the convenience of our Click & Collect service, available on Tuesday 24th December. Collection times are from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and a minimum order of £10.00 is required for this service.
