Cranberry & Pink Lady Stuffing: Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Yeast), Cranberries, Sugar (Sulphites), Rusk (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt), Dehydrated Red Pink Lady Apple (Sulphites), Salt, Onion Powder (Sulphites), Spices (White Pepper, Ginger (Sulphites), Nutmeg, Cinnamon), Herb (Parsley).

Sausagemeat: Pork (80%), Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Dextrose, Herbs(Sage, Thyme), Sunflower Oil, Stabiliser (E451(i)), Spice( Pepper), Preservative E221 (Sodium Sulphite), Flavourings, Antioxidant (E300).

Note: Contains Wheat & Sodium Sulphite, which is an allergens.

How To Cook

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or Gas Mark 6.
2. Take a portion of the stuffing mixture and roll into golf ball-sized balls**, placing them evenly spaced on a baking tray. For extra flavour, you can drizzle a little olive oil or melted butter over the top.
3. Roast the stuffing balls in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure they brown evenly.
4. Check that the stuffing is cooked through and golden on the outside. The internal temperature should reach 75°C to ensure it is fully cooked.
5. Once done, remove from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Cooking Tip: You can also bake the stuffing mixture in a tray if preferred. Spread it evenly and bake for the same amount of time, until golden and crispy on top.

About Our Pork

All of our pork is sourced from British outdoor-bred pigs, primarily from local farms in Essex. These pigs are raised outdoors in spacious paddocks with access to straw-bedded arcs or tents, allowing them to roam freely. Fresh straw is always available, so the pigs can create warm, comfortable beds. They are born and raised outdoors with the sow until weaning at around four weeks old and are reared on a natural diet, often including homegrown cereals.
