Jamaican Jerk Chicken Thighs

Chicken, Jerk Sauce (Vegetable Oil), (Rapeseed, Sunflower), Vegetables (Spring Onion, Garlic Bell Pepper), Spices (Allspice, Chillies, Jalapeno Pepper, Smoked Paprika Powder, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon), Salt, Cane Sugar, Natural Flavourings, Paprika, Concentrate, Orange Peels, Thyme.

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Remove the marinated chicken thighs from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat a little olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
4. Sear the chicken thighs for 3-5 minutes until browned.
5. Flip the thighs and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Note: Cooking times may vary based on the size of the thighs and the marinade used. Always ensure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
