Allergen Advice

Fresh, local pigs’ blood (28%), British pork fat (24%), British oats and barley, onions, salt, spices.

Note: Contains oats and barley which is an allergen.

How To Cook

1. Slice the black pudding into 1-2 cm thick pieces.
2. Heat a small amount of oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the black pudding slices to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are heated through and crispy on the outside.
4. Remove the slices from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess fat.
5. Serve hot as part of a full breakfast, in sandwiches, or with your favourite sides.

Note: Black pudding is already cooked, so you’re mainly reheating it and achieving a crispy texture.

About Our Pork

All of our pork is sourced from British outdoor-bred pigs, primarily from local farms in Essex. These pigs are raised outdoors in spacious paddocks with access to straw-bedded arcs or tents, allowing them to roam freely. They are fed on a natural diet, free of growth promotors or growth hormones, that consists primarily of cereal (wheat and barley), with minerals and vitamins making up the rest.
