How To Cook

1. Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat, add a small amount of oil to the pan.
2. Arrange the streaky bacon slices in a single layer in the pan, making sure they do not overlap.
3. Cook the bacon for 4-6 minutes, flipping occasionally, until it reaches your desired crispiness.
4. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
5. Serve hot, as part of breakfast, in sandwiches, or as a crispy addition to various dishes.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the bacon and your desired level of crispiness.

About Our Pork

All of our pork is sourced from British outdoor-bred pigs, primarily from local farms in Essex. These pigs are raised outdoors in spacious paddocks with access to straw-bedded arcs or tents, allowing them to roam freely. Fresh straw is always available, so the pigs can create warm, comfortable beds. They are born and raised outdoors with the sow until weaning at around four weeks old and are reared on a natural diet, often including homegrown cereals.
