Pork (80%), Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Dextrose, Herbs(Sage, Thyme), Sunflower Oil, Stabiliser (E451(i)), Spice( Pepper), Preservative E221 (Sodium Sulphite), Flavourings, Antioxidant (E300), Natural Hog Casings.

Note: Contains Wheat & Sodium Sulphite, which is an allergens.

How To Cook

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6.
2. Arrange the chipolata sausages on a baking tray, making sure they are spaced apart for even cooking.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
4. Check that the sausages have reached an internal temperature of 75°C to ensure they are fully cooked.
5. Remove from the oven and let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.

Note: Cooking times may vary based on the size of the sausages and your oven.

About Our Pork

All of our pork is sourced from British outdoor-bred pigs, primarily from local farms in Essex. These pigs are raised outdoors in spacious paddocks with access to straw-bedded arcs or tents, allowing them to roam freely. Fresh straw is always available, so the pigs can create warm, comfortable beds. They are born and raised outdoors with the sow until weaning at around four weeks old and are reared on a natural diet, often including homegrown cereals.
