How To Cook

1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Season the bone marrow rings with salt and pepper.
3. Place the marrow bones upright on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is soft and slightly bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute or two.
6. Scoop the marrow out of the bones and spread on toast or use in your favourite dishes.

We deliver across most of Hertfordshire and parts of Essex using our refrigerated van, ensuring your order arrives fresh.

  • Free delivery on orders over £40 (£5 charge for orders under £40)
  • Deliveries take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

About Our Beef

We source our grass fed beef from small local farms, including our own, then traditionally butcher and dry age in our bespoke ageing facilities in house. All of our beef is raised to the highest standards on a grass fed diet & comes from traditional native breeds cattle such as Hereford & Angus.
